Polo on the Beach 2015
Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June 2015 – FREE TO ATTEND!
GWR Polo on the Beach weekend event takes place at Watergate Bay, near Porth, and promises speed and excitement featuring some of the country’s top professional polo players.
Expect an event that’s bigger and better than ever before. Polo is what this weekend is all about, and this year we’re looking to play three matches with a Friday and Saturday evening match at 6pm and one on Sunday morning at 11.30am.
There will also be lots of other exciting events in the build-up to our main event. Polo demonstrations, beach activities, the Devil’s Horseman display team (last seen here in 2013), activities for the children organised by our Kids Zone, a public dog show from St Francis Home for Animals and Watergate Bay Surf Lifesaving club will keep the crowds entertained throughout the day. With the festival feel continuing through until the night with live music and the ticketed GWR Polo on the Beach Party on Saturday 27 June.
A selection of street food vendors will serving delicious food from midday through into the evening, as well as a Champagne garden and beach bar.
Most importantly, GWR Polo on the Beach is free to attend!
